Took a little break from sunning myself to do the last step! Putting the cooked ham into the beans! Yum! This is the best soup! You have GOT to make this!Kellis Sexy 15 Bean Soup20 oz (1lb 4 oz) Hursts HamBeens Brand 15 Bean Mix2 QChicken Broth2Ham Hocks (smoked)2 lbHam (cooked) (cubed)2White Onions (chopped)114.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes1-3 TChili Powder1TGarlic Powder1 HeadGarlic (about 9 cloves)1-3 TSalt (to taste)1 tPepper2 TPaprika1Lemon (juiced)Cooked RiceSoak Beans overnight in filtered water. Drain. Place in Dutch Oven or other 7-8 qt pot. Add all the ingredients above, except for the cooked ham. Bring to a boil and set to simmer. Beans may take up to 1 ½ hours to cook.
